I'm sorry you're having trouble with the gallery upload. The choose image files button will not appear if you do not have the Flash plug-in installed.

Please download the Flash plug-in from http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/. Once the download has completed you will need to install the plug-in.

If you are still having trouble seeing the Choose Image Files button, this is because some browser's require that you give Flash permission to run. The following page from Adobe will have instructions for that: https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html

If you're using Chrome please follow these instructions: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/6258784

If you’re using Safari please make sure that you’re logged into the Big Black Bag Admin https://admin.bigblackbag.net and then go to Preferences > Websites > Plug-ins > Adobe Flash Player and hold down the option key on your keyboard while pressing the On button next to admin.bigblackbag.net and uncheck the run in safe mode option.
