This problem is generally caused by an ISP (Internet Service Provider) block. If this happens you will usually be able to send messages from our webmail with no problems but you may have trouble sending from your email software such as Outlook Express or Mac Mail. To fix this problem switch the outgoing mail server port from 25 to 587 within your email software. If for some reason this is still not working for you, please try using port 26.
