External Web Page Asset

The External Web Page tool allows you to link to external web pages or web sites directly from your navigation links.

These pages or sites can load into your content window or in another browser window.

You may create as many External Links as you like.

Calendar Asset

The Calendar tool allows you to add a calendar to your web page(s) so your viewers can see when you're available.

We provide you with one Calendar asset but you may use it on multiple pages.

Guestbook Form Asset

The Guestbook Form allows you to add a form to your page(s) that viewers may use to contact you and add themselves to your mailing list.

The Guestbook Form is traditionally used so viewers may leave you feedback. If they do leave you feedback we do not automatically publish it. Rather you're emailed the comment and you may choose to add it to your website.

If a customer chooses to be added to your mailing list, we'll keep a record of it. You may then mass email this mailing list using our mass emailing tool.

You have only one Guestbook Form asset but may re-use it on as many pages as you need.

Alternatively, if you do not like the Guestbook Form we supply, you can build your own using the Custom Form tool.

Contact Form Asset

The Contact Form allows you to add a form to your page(s) that viewers may use to email you.

You have only one Contact Form asset but may re-use it on as many pages as you like.

Alternatively, if you do not like the Contact Form we supply, you can build your own using the Custom Form tool.

Custom Form Asset

A Custom Form allows you to build forms which collect data from your viewers and email you their responses. For example, you may create a form which collects information about a potential client's wedding shoot. You will then have the information you need to reply properly.

Downloads Group Asset

The Download Group tool allows you to easily add files for download on your web page(s).

You may upload PDF, ZIP or SIT files. You can also password protect individual files for security.

You may add as many downloads to a group as you like and you may create as many download groups as you need.

Links Group Asset

The Links Group tool allows you to easily add a group of link(s) to other websites or to pages within your own website.

You may add as many links to a group as you like and you may create as many link groups as you like.

This is different than the External Web Page tool, which actually loads another web page or web site directly from your navigation links.

Flash/Movie Asset

The Flash/Movie tool allows you to upload a single, stand-alone swf, flv or mp4 movie file to your page(s).

If you want to upload a flash movie that contains links to media folders - such as those created by Showit, ProShow and other popular slideshow programs - you will need to use a different method. Please call us for instructions.

The flash/movie file you add is called a "Flash/Movie asset" and will be added to the page you're working with. Once this asset has been created, you may also re-use it on other pages.

You may create as many Flash/Movie assets as you like, but we do not recommend running multiple movies on the same page.

Image/Slideshow Asset

The Image/Slideshow tool allows you to add a single image or a slideshow of multiple images to your page(s).

The slideshow is designed mostly for decorative purposes and is not recommended as a replacement for the Gallery tool which has its own slideshow and many other enhancements for viewing your work.

The image or slideshow you create is called an "Image/Slideshow asset" and will be added to the page you're working with. Once this asset has been created, you may also re-use it on other pages.

You may create as many Images/Slideshow assets as you like.

Text/HTML Asset

The Text/HTML tool is a text editor similar to "Word". It allows you to add stylized text to your page(s).

You may also add images, HTML code or create formatted tables using this tool.

The text you create is called a "Text/HTML asset" and will be added to the page you're working with. Once this asset has been created, you may also re-use it on other pages.

You may create as many Text/HTML assets as you like.
