To add a simple email link to any page simply follow these steps:
  1. add a Text/HTML asset to the page
  2. type in whatever you want the link to read and then highlight it with your cursor
  3. click the Link button (world icon and a chain link) in the editor
  4. then from the Link Type Menu, select Email and fill in the necessary information
